how to update web pages

1. make sure having the backup of the website before the update to it
 
   \\UBUNTU9\www\ ->  \\UBUNTU9\share_other\www_backup

2. to update, open the web page by frontpage in \\UBUNTU9\www\ 
3. test the updted web page by openning it with any browser
4. make the backup again

   \\UBUNTU9\www\ ->  \\UBUNTU9\share_other\www_backup
