how to set up webmin

1. prepare the system 

   sudo apt-get install perl libnet-ssleay-perl openssl libauthen-pam-perl libpam-runtime libio-pty-perl libmd5-perl

2. download the latest webmin

   a) check the latest webmin

      http://www.webmin.com/download.html

   b) download the latest (it would be downloaded to /home/lei/)

      sudo wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/webadmin/files/webmin/1.480/webmin_1.480_all.deb/download

3. sudo dpkg --install webmin_1.480_all.deb


4. access webmin: https://ubuntu9:10000/
